"Porn is truth. And truth is beauty."
Following a painful breakup, a young man living in a big city decides not to seek out another monogamous relationship -- but, instead, to indulge in lurid and short lived affairs with as many beautiful women as possible.
AN EARLY REVIEWER WRITES:
"Shortbus" meets Henry Miller meets Nerve.com meets Michelle Tea. Whew! These dense stream-of-consciousness prose-poems, concerning the unusual and poignant sex life of a beautiful, sexually ambiguous, polyamorous young man in a large city, were originally published at a blog where they gathered a cult audience; although it could still use some work sewing them together a little better as a traditional novel, the stories have a refreshing non-purplish real quality to them, funny and dirty and unique and dirty and just like every damn ex I've ever had. Sigh. I wish I was getting laid more. That's what "PORN" will remind you of, in my opinion a good thing, the sign of a book that will both make a bunch of money and win a bunch of awards if published.
