Description of the Book
When I decided to write this book, I wanted it to be like a conversation between me and the reader. I don’t know about you, but I didn’t realize I was actually getting older at first (I avoided looking in the mirror any more than necessary). But here I am and I still want to have a say in how I live my life. I wrote the book for people my age who thought they had all the answers and suddenly realized that someone changed the questions when they weren’t looking. Most of the topics that I chose to write about were things that older patients used to ask questions about when I worked in the medical field. Other things are just information that I thought might be helpful or of interest to you. The main point of the book is to remind the reader that just because we are getting older it does mean that we have nothing of value to contribute to the world and we should make it a point to be happy and enjoy our lives. I hope that by answering some of your questions, you will worry less, be happier, take care of your health and follow some of those dreams you didn’t have time for when you were younger. . The clue to living a happy, healthy life and following your dreams is to understand the changes that we all face as we get older but not letting it keep us from enjoying life.
