is a hitman for a large consortium and when a
name is turned over to him there is only one
outcome. When he terminates a United States
Congressman, the FBI and Secret Service enter
into a chase to catch him. The pursuit crosses
many state borders and extends into the
Caribbean Sea. The trail of the hitman becomes
