Stephen Haggerty used to work for the British SAS. He was trained to go into the houses of Gulf Arabs in the Middle East and kill the guards and then the occupants. One day the British government threw Haggerty on the scrap heap and he was reduced to driving trucks for $7 an hour. Three years ago Stephen Haggerty was introduced to an American from Philadelphia and now he has a completely different kind of job for a very secretive organization based in Pennsylvania.Haggerty is tasked with executing a Canadian called Ed Zigun in Toronto, Canada. The hit has been put on by a hedge fund in New York City and it is known that Wall Street has been actively pursuing its usual dirty agenda on the Toronto Property market. The Toronto market is headed for a huge crash and since the Canadian government has obligingly guaranteed all loans made on student property the Canadian taxpayers are in for a trip to the creamery that could in fact turn Canada into a third world country.Wall Street has no problem with that but what they do have a problem with is that their man in Toronto and a key man in making this all happen is about to do a runner. There has been some discussion as to whether Zigun has scammed Wall Street and Henry Clark, CEO of the Lorimar Burton Hedge Fund in New York City, has been tasked with eliminating Zigun. Right now Henry Clark is on the phone with Harold Pendleton who works for the group that employs Stephen Haggerty and he has just informed Pendleton that the hit on Ed Zigun has to happen tonight.
