Emily is on vacation with her parents when she discovers a magic typewriter in an antique shop in Budapest, Hungary. The typewriter is Elisa, a beautiful princess under the curse of a sorceress named Qwerty. Elisa's father, the King of Dvorak, has sent Gilbreth, a loyal knight, to locate and rescue Elisa, but Qwerty has commissioned Ergo, a young ogre, to keep Emily from discovering the magic word that will break the curse.
